I qualified as a sports massage therapist in 2012 and have experience working with advanced sprint athletes competing at international level, as well as working professionals. In addition to my home clinic, I also work for Adjust Massage.

I have a PhD and Masters degree in Biomechanics and have worked with clinical populations such as older adults and transtibial amputees. I also have an undergraduate degree in sport and exercise science and a personal training qualification. 

I am passionate about Biomechanics (especially running related) and have a very strong understanding of human movement, injuries and muscle dysfunctions. I combine this knowledge with my sports massage skills to know how best to analyse and treat different muscle groups/soft tissue. 

Aside from being a Biomechanics and sports massage nerd, I have also been a competitive sports performer, competing nationally as a sprinter and footballer.
