Our Therapies
Physical Function and Wellness
A sports massage uses firm to strong pressure to address specific injuries and soft tissue disorders. This type of treatment is beneficial if you're experiencing aches, pain, discomfort, or restricted movement. Sport massages can be beneficial for all individuals, meaning you do not need to be a sports person to have this type of massage. In addition to the massage the therapist may include stretches and mobilisations as an embellishment to your treatment.
Helpful for:
Recovering from soft tissue injuries
Tight muscles
Treating aches and pains
Muscle problems
Improving range of motion

Up to 1 hour - £40
Up to 45 Minutes - £30

Deep Tissue Massage
A deep tissue massage uses firm pressure to provide a general loosening effect for tight and/or achey muscles. This type of massage is less specific when compared to a sports massage but is a great choice for when you are wanting general treatment for the back, neck, and shoulder areas or general whole body massages. Deep tissue treatments can be performed on other body areas too, just specify the treatment areas with your therapist at the time of your appointment. This type of treatment can be adapted largely to your needs, including the amount of pressure that is used.
Helpful for:
Reducing muscle tension/tightness
Recovery from exercise
Improving mobility
Relaxation
